Add new torrent. The new transfer then appears in GET /v2/transfers.
POST parameters:
'torrent' = A URL linking to a .torrent file or a magnet link
'folder_code' = A target folder code. This parameter is optional.
'password' = A password for protected sources. This parameter is optional.
